Part of AFMX's mission is to empower filmmakers, musicians, and creatives of all ages to further their education through collaboration platforms and the sharing of impactful stories. We strive to create educational opportunities to support future generations of New Mexico filmmakers, musicians, and visionaries who may not have the resources or opportunities to pursue their artistic passions.
AFMX is dedicated to helping young people explore the film and music industries by participating in various aspects of film and music production. We provide educational opportunities for those who wish to pursue careers in these industries.
Engaging Students in the Industry
The AFME Foundation and AFMX offer opportunities to college students interested in film, music, digital arts, administrative roles, event planning, marketing, and production. Sponsorship Opportunities
Thanks to our generous sponsors, some sponsor contributions are allocated towards the "Sponsor a Student at AFMX" program. Sponsors can provide passes to students and schools of their choice, enabling middle school, high school, and college students to attend the annual festival.
Supporting AFMX
We are supporting our non-profit means sharing the values of providing life-changing educational and networking opportunities to future generations and students in film, music, and the arts.
We invite you to donate to our organization to make a positive economic and social impact through film, music, and the arts in the City of Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico. Your financial contributions help the AFME Foundation provide year-round programs for high school and college students.
